Onyul T Service Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the terms and conditions for using the services provided by Onyul T (hereinafter "the Company"), the procedures, and the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company. 2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Company's services and receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms. 3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company, continuously receives information from the Company, and can continuously use the services provided by the Company.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the services. 2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope that does not violate relevant laws. 3. Amended terms will be announced through the website and will take effect 7 days after the announcement.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

1. The Company provides the following services: - Corporate information and business introduction - Inquiry and consultation services - Other services determined by the Company 2. In principle, services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, services may be temporarily suspended due to special circumstances such as system maintenance.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities: 1. Collecting or misusing other users' personal information 2. Interfering with the Company's service operation 3. Damaging others' reputation or causing disadvantage 4. Infringing on the Company's intellectual property rights 5. Other activities that violate laws or these Terms

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights to all content within the services created by the Company belong to the Company. 2. Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the Company's services for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent, nor allow third parties to use it.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision if it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters. 2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by users' fault. 3. The Company is not responsible for users not obtaining or losing expected profits through the use of services.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Korean law shall apply to disputes between the Company and users. 2. The Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction over lawsuits concerning disputes between the Company and users.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall be effective from October 20, 2025.
