How Onyul Tea Corporation handles personal information.
The Korean version of this policy prevails.

Onyul Tea Corporation (hereinafter "the Company") adopts this Privacy Policy as set out below, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly.
1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The Company processes the personal information it receives through the inquiry form on its website only in order to reply to inquiries. - Inquiry categories: Adoption & collaboration, UniQ early access, Investment & partnership, Tea, Other - The Company does not use it for any other purpose (such as marketing or advertising). If the purpose changes, the Company will notify you in advance and obtain your consent.
2. Personal Information Items Processed
- Required: name, email address, inquiry category, inquiry content - Also recorded: whether you agreed to the collection and use of personal information, and the time you agreed - Server access logs (IP address, access time, browser information) may be recorded while you use the service.
3. Retention and Use Period
- The Company keeps the information for one year from the day it finishes responding to the inquiry, then destroys it without delay. - If another law sets a different retention period, that period applies.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not provide the personal information of data subjects to third parties. The exceptions are cases where the data subject has agreed in advance, where a law makes a special provision, and where an investigative agency makes a request following the procedures set by law.
5. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing and Overseas Transfer
The Company does not entrust the storage or management of inquiry data to outside parties. Inquiries are kept on a server the Company operates directly (Chuncheon · Gangwon). However, because the Company uses its company email (Google Workspace) to reply to inquiries, the personal information contained in reply emails is transferred overseas as follows. - Recipient: Google LLC - Recipient contact details: Google LLC privacy inquiry contact point (https://support.google.com/policies/contact/general_privacy_form) - Items transferred: email address, name, inquiry content quoted in the reply - Countries: the United States and other countries where Google data centers are located - Time and method: transmitted over the network when a reply email is sent - Purpose of transfer: replying to the inquiry - Retention and use period: one year from the day the Company finishes responding - How to refuse: If you do not want a reply by email, write another way to contact you in your inquiry. The Company will reply that way and will not send an email.
6. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
- When the retention period ends or the purpose of processing is achieved, the Company destroys the information without delay. - Electronic files are deleted by a method that makes recovery impossible.
7. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
Data subjects may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their personal information. If you send a request by email to the Personal Information Protection Officer below, the Company will handle it without delay.

11. Changes to This Policy
This policy first took effect on October 20, 2025, and the revised policy takes effect on October 14, 2026. When the Company changes the contents, it will post a notice on the website at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

The Company will destroy the relevant information without delay once the purpose of collection and use of personal information has been achieved. However, if preservation is required by related laws, it will be stored for the period prescribed by such laws.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In principle, the Company does not provide user personal information to third parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases: - When the user has given prior consent - When required by law or when there is a request from an investigative agency according to the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes
5. Procedures and Methods of Destroying Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. - Destruction procedure: Personal information for which the purpose of use has been achieved is moved to a separate DB, stored for a certain period, and then destroyed. - Destruction method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective from October 20, 2025. In the event of additions, deletions, or corrections to the contents due to laws or policies, we will notify you through notices at least 7 days before the implementation of such changes.
