个人信息处理方针
说明 Onyul Tea Corporation 如何处理个人信息。
本方针以韩文版为准。

Onyul Tea Corporation(以下简称“公司”)依据韩国《个人信息保护法》，为保护信息主体的个人信息并及时处理相关投诉，特制定如下个人信息处理方针。
1. 个人信息的处理目的
公司仅为答复咨询而处理通过网站咨询表单收到的个人信息。 - 咨询分类：导入与合作、UniQ 预先申请、投资与战略合作、Tea、其他 - 不将其用于其他目的(营销、广告等)。目的变更时，将提前告知并征得同意。
2. 处理的个人信息项目
- 必填：姓名、电子邮件地址、咨询分类、咨询内容 - 一并记录：是否同意收集和使用个人信息，以及同意的时间 - 在使用服务的过程中，可能留下服务器访问记录(IP 地址、访问时间、浏览器信息)。
3. 保存及使用期限
- 自咨询处理完毕之日起保存1年，之后立即销毁。 - 其他法令另有保存期限规定的，从其规定。
4. 个人信息的第三方提供
公司不向第三方提供信息主体的个人信息。但信息主体事先同意的、法令有特别规定的、侦查机关依法定程序提出要求的，不在此限。
5. 个人信息处理的委托与向境外传输
公司不将咨询数据的存储和管理委托给外部。咨询保存在公司直接运营的服务器(春川 · 江原)上。 但答复咨询时公司使用公司邮箱(Google Workspace)，因此答复邮件中包含的个人信息将按以下方式向境外传输。 - 接收方：Google LLC - 接收方联系方式：Google LLC 个人信息咨询窗口(https://support.google.com/policies/contact/general_privacy_form) - 传输项目：电子邮件地址、姓名、答复中引用的咨询内容 - 传输国家：美国等设有 Google 数据中心的国家 - 传输时间和方式：发送答复邮件时通过网络传输 - 传输目的：答复咨询 - 保存及使用期限：自处理完毕之日起1年 - 拒绝方式：如不希望通过邮件答复，请在咨询内容中写明其他联系方式。公司将以该方式答复，不再发送邮件。
6. 个人信息的销毁程序及方法
- 保存期限届满或处理目的达成后，立即销毁。 - 电子文件以无法恢复的方式删除。
7. 信息主体的权利及行使方法
信息主体可随时就自己的个人信息要求查阅、更正、删除、停止处理。请通过电子邮件向下列个人信息保护负责人提出请求，公司将立即处理。

本网站不使用 Cookie。

11. 方针的变更
本方针于2025年10月20日首次施行，修订后的方针自2026年10月14日起施行。变更内容时，将在施行前7天起在网站上告知。

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
Onyul Tea Corporation (hereinafter "the Company") uses collected personal information for the following purposes: - Service provision and operation - Handling inquiries and customer support - Marketing and advertising utilization - Statistical analysis for service improvement
2. Items of Personal Information Collected
The Company collects the following personal information for service provision: - Required items: Name, email address, contact information - Optional items: Company name, job title, inquiry details
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The Company will destroy the relevant information without delay once the purpose of collection and use of personal information has been achieved. However, if preservation is required by related laws, it will be stored for the period prescribed by such laws.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In principle, the Company does not provide user personal information to third parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases: - When the user has given prior consent - When required by law or when there is a request from an investigative agency according to the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes
5. Procedures and Methods of Destroying Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. - Destruction procedure: Personal information for which the purpose of use has been achieved is moved to a separate DB, stored for a certain period, and then destroyed. - Destruction method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective from October 20, 2025. In the event of additions, deletions, or corrections to the contents due to laws or policies, we will notify you through notices at least 7 days before the implementation of such changes.
