個人情報処理方針
株式会社オンユルティが個人情報をどのように扱うかを記しています。
この方針は韓国語版を正本とします。
施行日 2026年10月14日
株式会社オンユルティ(以下「当社」)は、韓国の個人情報保護法に基づき、情報主体の個人情報を保護し、これに関する苦情を迅速に処理するため、次のとおり個人情報処理方針を定めます。
1. 個人情報の処理目的
当社は、ウェブサイトのお問い合わせフォームで受け付けた個人情報を、お問い合わせへの回答のためにのみ処理します。 - お問い合わせの分類：導入・協業、UniQ 事前申込、投資・提携、Tea、その他 - 他の目的(マーケティング・広告など)には使用しません。目的が変わる場合は、事前にお知らせし、同意を得ます。
2. 処理する個人情報の項目
- 必須：お名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせの分類、お問い合わせ内容 - あわせて記録するもの：個人情報の収集・利用への同意の有無と、同意した時刻 - サービスのご利用の過程で、サーバーへのアクセス記録(IP アドレス、アクセス時刻、ブラウザ情報)が残ることがあります。
3. 保有・利用期間
- お問い合わせへの対応が完了した日から1年間保管したのち、遅滞なく破棄します。 - ほかの法令で保存期間が別に定められている場合は、その期間に従います。
4. 個人情報の第三者提供
当社は、情報主体の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、情報主体があらかじめ同意した場合、法令に特別の規定がある場合、捜査機関が法令に定める手続に従って要求した場合は例外とします。
5. 個人情報処理の委託と国外移転
当社は、お問い合わせデータの保存・管理を外部に委託しません。お問い合わせは、当社が直接運営するサーバー(春川 · 江原)に保管します。 ただし、お問い合わせへの返信には社内メール(Google Workspace)を使用するため、返信メールに含まれる個人情報が、以下のとおり国外へ移転されます。 - 移転を受ける者：Google LLC - 移転を受ける者の連絡先：Google LLC 個人情報のお問い合わせ窓口(https://support.google.com/policies/contact/general_privacy_form) - 移転される項目：メールアドレス、お名前、返信に引用したお問い合わせ内容 - 移転される国：米国など、Google のデータセンターがある国 - 移転の時期と方法：返信メールを送信する際にネットワークで送信 - 移転の目的：お問い合わせへの返信 - 保有・利用期間：対応が完了した日から1年 - 拒否の方法：メールでの返信を希望されない場合は、お問い合わせ内容に別の連絡方法をご記入ください。その方法で回答し、メールでは送信しません。
6. 個人情報の破棄の手続と方法
- 保有期間が終了した場合、または処理の目的を達成した場合は、遅滞なく破棄します。 - 電子ファイルは、復元できない方法で削除します。
7. 情報主体の権利とその行使方法
情報主体は、いつでもご自身の個人情報について、閲覧・訂正・削除・処理停止を求めることができます。下記の個人情報保護責任者にメールでご請求いただければ、遅滞なく対応します。

In principle, the Company does not provide user personal information to third parties. 5. Procedures and Methods of Destroying Personal Information
